Returns & Refunds

Each piece is handmade with care, so I generally don’t accept returns. However, under German and EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Exemptions: Custom-made or personalized items, such as those specifically created for you, are not eligible for return.

If there’s a problem with your order—like if it arrives damaged or something’s not right—please contact me within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll talk it through and see if a return, exchange, or refund makes sense.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
